Hi! We’re Dave and Lisa Schmid — we’re excited to welcome you to The Refuge Little Falls, our craft retreat house in Minnesota!
For years, we dreamed of creating a place where friends could gather, unwind, and create — where you can relax, reconnect, and enjoy a refreshing crafting weekend or girls getaway.

We offer 4 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds. Each room has luggage racks, power tower for charging and bedside lights.
The Studio

The Crafter Studio includes 10 - 5' tables with task lights, cup holders, power towers and trash cans. A Cricut, computer, printer quilting design wall and other tools are available. There are also adhesives and papers for purchase.
The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped to feed your group. Ample glassware, flatware, dishes and serving pieces for whatever meals you want to serve. Equipment includes 3 crockpots, Instant Pot, blender, waffle maker, pots, pans and bakeware. Basics like flour, sugar, and common spices are provided.
